The PRO8510L was only relased by Viewsonic seven months ago. Newer multimedia projectors like this one are likely to use better technology.

Supports 3D

The PRO8510L supports 3D, which is unusual. Most of the other recently released multimedia projectors do not support 3D.

Other multimedia projectors which support 3D currently available that you might want to consider include the EH-TW6700[pl_3812541_price], or the EH-TW6700W[pl_3812542_price] both from Epson which is cheaper.

There are a number of other projectors which also support 3D that you might also want to look at including the EIKI EK-402U[plb_3798180_price].
