A few people said in their reviews that the product was good value for money. Pcmag.com wrote “The Lenovo IdeaTab A1000 might be among the most affordable tablets available.”. Four years ago expert review site Digitaltrends.com mentioned “It might be possible to put together a decent tablet at this price” and scored this tablet 4 stars. Notebookcheck.net said “There is no question that the Lenovo IdeaTab A1000 is a decently built and affordable tablet with a good set of speakers” in their review and rated it 4 stars.

Some people who bought it reckoned that it was a bargain for the price. Laptopmag.com wrote “The $129 Lenovo IdeaTab A1000 is a cheap Android tablet with good speakers.”. Phonearena.com mentioned in their review of the Lenovo IdeaTab A1000 “Dirt cheap Android tablets are in abundance.” . Expert website Hubofgadgets.com wrote in their review “The tablet is an entry level gadget that does not offer any great features except from being extremely cheap” yet they gave it a score of 3 stars.
