A few customers said that the product was good value for money. Avilion scored this TV very highly and wrote in their Cello C16115 review two years ago “An excellent product which does everything it says on the box and very good value for money”. Boatman said “Providing it remains reliable then this little telly is good value for the features it provides” in their review of the Cello C16115 and gave it a rating of 5 stars. Eaglec said in their Cello C16115 review “Excellent value TV” .

One person who purchased it concluded that it was cheap. Mr. C. Starke wrote “There aren't many 15-16" TV's around these days so I went with this inexpensive Cello.I have mixed feelings” but in spite of that they gave it a rating of 3 stars.
