Reasonably Priced

A few customers said that the product was good value for money. Avilion scored this TV very highly and wrote in their Cello C16115 review two years ago “An excellent product which does everything it says on the box and very good value for money”. Boatman said “Providing it remains reliable then this little telly is good value for the features it provides” in their review of the Cello C16115 and gave it a rating of 5 stars. Eaglec said in their Cello C16115 review “Excellent value TV” .

One person who purchased it concluded that it was cheap. Mr. C. Starke wrote “There aren't many 15-16" TV's around these days so I went with this inexpensive Cello.I have mixed feelings” but in spite of that they gave it a rating of 3 stars.

7 Reasons Against

Inferior Sound Quality

Some people who reviewed this TV thought it did not have good sound quality. Two years ago Allan Laing scored the product 2 stars and he mentioned in his review of this TV on Amazon “Picture and sound quality poor”. Allan Laing also said “Really not good enough! Sound quality is absolutely rubbish”. Boatman said “True the sound is not of the surround standard” in their Cello C16115 review.

Does Not Support Smart TV

The Cello C16115 does not support smart TV, although it is worth keeping in mind that most of the other TVs of this type and age also do not support smart TV.

We compared this TV to all the other televisions with a smart TV and we think the Seiki SE24HO01[plb_3404275_price] which is also cheaper is also worth considering.

Does Not Have a Wi-Fi

The Cello C16115 does not have a wi-Fi, although it is worth noting that most of the other TVs that have been available for more than two years also do not have a wi-Fi.

Only Supports Two Analog Signal Format Systems

The number of analog signal format systems supported by the Cello C16115 is more than most televisions of a similar age and spec to it. This Cello television supports a PAL analog signal format system, which is the most commonly supported analog signal format system supported by small display diagonal TVs that have been around for a similar time to the C16115. The analog signal format system "SECAM" is also supported by this television.
