Inferior Sound Quality

One customer who reviewed it reckoned that it did not have good sound quality. Glenn mentioned in his review of the Cello C19115 “Sound was very poor so I sent it back” .

Does Not Support Smart TV

Most TVs of this type and age do not support smart TV. The Cello C19115 is no exception to this as it too does not support smart TV.

Other TVs which also support smart TV that you might want to consider include the 28LB490, or the 28LF491 (£222.99) both from LG or the Philips 22PFL3517T/60 which is also higher rated.

Does Not Have a Wi-Fi

Like most of the other small display diagonal televisions that are a similar age to the C19115, the Cello C19115 does not have a wi-Fi.

There are a number of other TVs which also have a wi-Fi which you might want to look at including the 23RL933, or the 24D3434 both from Toshiba or the LG 28LF491 (£222.99) which is also higher rated.

The Cello C19115 has a greater number of analog signal format systems than most small display diagonal televisions that have been available for around the same time as it. This TV supports a PAL analog signal format system, which is the most frequently supported analog signal format system supported by small display diagonal televisions that were launched around the same time as the C19115. The analog signal format system "SECAM" is also supported by this Cello TV.

Average High Frequency Rate

At 60 hertz, the Cello C19115 has a pretty average high frequency rate compared to most of the other TVs of a comparable age and spec to the C19115.

We compared all the other 60Hz refresh rate TVs to this TV and we think because of it's better review score, the 24HFL2819 (£193.11), and the 24PHK5619/12 both from Philips or the Curtis PLEDV2488A is also worth considering.

Televisions with a faster high frequency rate that might be worth considering include the Salora 20LED9100 (100Hz), the LG 22LB4510 (120Hz), or the Orion CLB22B110 (200Hz) which also has a higher rating.
