The card looks like it was used and returned. The sticker on top of the box was peeled and resealed. The gpu fans have some wear on them, had some large markings on them where the sapphire metal is at
Ok AMD or Sapphire I'm ok with your card (and I like it) but you do need to fix a few things that I never had a problem with when using Nvidia products. This relates to the usage of several monitors
While in game (game doesn't seem to matter) if I cut on a monitor that has been off I have about a 50 50 chance the game is going to crash. Easy enough fix, I just keep all my monitors on now
Out of game if I cut a monitor off then back on the screen will flicker and everything gets moved to a screen that was already on
