Some people who reviewed it agreed that it was good at displaying high definition TV. Expert website Whathifi.com said in their Philips 48PFS6609 review “Only have eyes for Full HD content, then this Philips 55PFS6609 is well worth an audition”. Expert review site Expertreviews.co.uk said two years ago “The PFS6609 is Philips' top-of-the-range Full HD TV for 2014” in their review of this TV. Digitalversus.com said in their review of the Philips 48PFS6609 “On the other hand, HD viewing is a real let down; the picture undergoes some serious image processing, even when you turn off all the im”.
