Some AEG Jetmaxx reviewers thought it was quiet. M. Bhangal said “It is *extremely* quiet, which has to be a big plus for anyone with skittish animals or people who don't like to be disturbed” in their review of the AEG Jetmaxx. In October last year S2b an Oap gave it a rating of 80 out of 100 and she mentioned in her review “This is a quiet, odourless cleaner”. S2b an Oap also wrote “It is definitely the quietest and transfers easily from carpet to hardwood to laminate”.


Weight & Dimensions

Good Size

A number of customers who reviewed it reckoned that it was compact. In October last year Mr Ghostface said in his review of the AEG Jetmaxx on Amazon “It's bigger than you might expect, I was expecting it to be more compact”. One AEG Jetmaxx reviewer who bought it reckoned that it was lightweight.

One person who purchased the AEG Jetmaxx concluded that it was heavy and bulky.

Average Weight

At 6.7 kilograms, the Jetmaxx has a relatively typical weight compared to most of the other low maximum input power vacuum cleaners that have been on the market for a comparable time to this vacuum cleaner.

If you would consider a vacuum cleaner with a heavier weight then you might want to look at the Complete C3 Silence (5.4kg), or the Compact C2 EcoLine Plus (£195.95) (6.5kg) both from Miele or the Hoover Athos AT70 (£191) (6kg).
