Does Not Have a Motion Detector

Most built-in microphone webcams that came out more than two years ago do not have a motion detector. The Cisco PrecisionHD is no exception to this as it too does not have a motion detector.

Alternative webcams which also have a motion detector that you might also want to consider include the Logitech C615 which is also higher rated.

Only HDMI Interface

The PrecisionHD has an HDMI interface which is better than most similar spec webcams that were released around the same time as it. Most comparable spec webcams that were released more than two years ago have a USB interface. Across all comparable spec webcams that have been around for a similar time to the PrecisionHD the interface ranges from RCA to USB 3.
