Does Not Have a Motion Detector

The HP Deluxe does not have a motion detector, although it is worth noting that most of the other low megapixel webcams that have been available for more than two years also do not have a motion detector.

The HP Deluxe is not USB powered, although keep in mind that most of the other low megapixel webcams that have been around for around the same time as the Deluxe are also not USB powered.
